- Due to the nature of our travel products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- If your order arrives damaged or with any defects, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.

2. Refund Policy
- If a return is approved due to damage, defects, or an incorrect product, a full refund will be issued. The refund will be processed via cash.
- Refunds will be issued only if the returned item is received by us in its original condition and within the stipulated 7-day period after receipt of the item.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- As we offer cash on delivery (COD) for payments, no refunds will be issued for orders that have already been paid for at the time of delivery.
- We do not accept returns or refunds for any services rendered, travel packages, or other non-returnable items once they are delivered.
